How do I place an order?

Where is your company located?
Our corporate offices are located in Missouri.  We have retail stores in Columbia, Mexico, Fayette, and Fulton.

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1999 and have been delivering outstanding product prices as well as great customer service since then.

Will you ship my product to my home?
Yes, we will provide shipping to your home.  Please contact our customer service for more details.

What is the cost of shipping?
It varies depending on where you live, how big your product is and how fast you would like it to arrive.

Do you deliver to my house?
Absolutely! Depending on your location we will make arrangements out of one our existing locations to handle your delivery.

Do I need a prescription to purchase home medical supplies and equipment?
In most cases no. There are a couple exceptions such as oxygen and higher end therapy products. Its best to always check with a medical professional when buying any type of home medical supplies.

What forms of payment do you take?
For your convenience, we now accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, and E-Checks, business and personal checks as well as money orders. And of course the all mighty cash.

Do you accept Medicare/Medicaid or other form of Insurance?
Yes, we will provide free billing for qualified individuals and products.

Does Medicare cover my electric lift chair?

Medicare stopped reimbursement for electric lift chairs in the early 90's and now will only reimburse for the chair's lift mechanism and motor. Depending on other insurances you may have and whether you qualify by medicare standards as well.

What type of medical equipment is covered by insurance?
Some types of medical equipment will be covered under a person's medical insurance. Contact the insurance company first, to find out what's covered and what percent is covered. Items such as wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walking canes, bracing products, feeding and incontinence products have been covered in the past.

Do I need a prescription for my diabetic shoes?
No, you only need a prescription if you wish to attempt to send it through your insurance for reimbursement.

Will you provide financing?
We do not provide financing at this time. For our Walk-In tubs and Stairlifts we have teamed up with a local bank to provide financing if you qualify.

Do you sell used medical equipment and supplies?
Yes.

Do you rent medical equipment and supplies?
Yes.
